Each new generation shows an increase in tattoo popularity, especially for women. In the past it use to only be seen on the arms of sailors and bad boy bikers, for a girl to have a tattoo was frowned upon. Tattoo designs for girls don’t have to be limited to the same styles available to the men, although tribal tattoos and Celtic tattoos can look great for both men and women, there are feminine styles of these designs that i am sure any girl would love. Fairy

When we say fairy tattoos, one specific character comes to mind, the Tinkerbell tattoo, that’s right. This cute and some what cheeky image has found it’s way on to many a beautiful body, and who can blame them? A great idea for those who just want a single “not so serious” tattoo. Body art doesn’t have to be a representation of a persons personality and ideals (but respect to those who do) it can just be for fun, and a cute Tinkerbell tattoo will deliver everything you ever wanted in a tattoo.

Shooting star(s)

Great tattoo for both men and women, yeah – surprisingly these pretty stars are finding there way on to men as well. Something you wouldn’t of seen thirty years ago. Great place to have this tattoo is on the inner thighs, don’t forget to consider having them on one of your back shoulder’s either – that works really well. Shooting stars are great because they don’t scream out, they often have simple black outlines and generally not ‘colored in’. By which i mean only the outline is tattooed – although you could have color ‘filled’ in when you first have it down or at a later date. That’s another good point, tattoos can be built on and colored over time when you feel more comfortable or have more spare change to invest in your art.
