A good reason to have a tattoo around or near the belly button is that it’s less painful, it’s well known that having a tattoo where there is more bone or cartilage will be much more painful. Back of the neck

Most people having a tattoo on their neck will opt to have it on the back as it is easier to cover with hair. Having a tattoo on the back of the neck will be more painful that some of the other positions we have mentioned, but you only have to go through it once and you have the reward for a life-time. Hips

The hip line is quite a small part of the body to receive a tattoo, usually these tattoos are small. Any large tattoos tend to expand around the other parts of the torso. Unfortunately the hips don’t have a great deal of flesh or fat to cushion the blow of the needle – so it has been found to be quite painful. I’m not trying to scare you off of having a tattoo – hip tattoos can look stunning and it’s definitely worth going through what has to be done to achieve this beauty. Inner Thigh

An inner thigh tattoo is very popular tattoo spot because even when wearing a revealing dress or other piece of clothing, the tattoo is still quite hard to spot. Inner thigh tattoos are easily visable for yourself to enjoy, it’s funny but you don’t really think about it. Tattoos on your shoulder blade or bottom of the back are rarely going to be seen by you, If your okay with other people enjoying your tattoo more than yourself then it’s no problem.

Back

For a girls back, tattoo designs such as a tribal design or stars are best suited or should i say, more popular. In reality you can have whatever style of body art you want placed on the back. Avoid strong, bright color’s if you are going to be a little shy about your tattoo.
